Important: if your product is defect within 30 days and the defect is within warranty, then you can request a free return label and you don't have to buy one.
Don't forget to check your spam folder for our mail and keep in mind that we manually have to create and send you the label, so this can take a day.
On check-out please choose "pick-up in Turnhout" so you are not charged any shipping costs by the system when ordering the label.
With the Gamegear return label you can return your products at a reduced price.
We will send you the return label in PDF per e-mail. So be sure to check your spam folder and keep in mind that it might take a day for us to create the label. Don't forget that you have to print this label by yourself, put it on the box and then bring the box to a local pickup point (bPost, PostNL or DPD depending on the label).
To return the product to us, you'll have to follow these steps:
- put everything back in the original box (product, cables, instructions, etc)
- complete this form in "my account": https://www.gamegear.be/account_return_request.php
- put everything in a carton box
- write down your order number and write this on the outside of your shipping box so we know at all times what this package is about
- print the label, put it on the box and send the package using our return label to:

- Belgium
- drop the package off in a local pickup point (bPost, PostNL or DPD depending on the label), there should be no extra charges
After we recieve the product, it usually takes 3-5 business days to handle your return request. Only a select set of products have to be send to a repair service and will therefore take longer e.g. laptops, PC's, monitors, consoles and Scuf Controllers
Reminder: don't forget to write the order number on the outside of the box. This really helps us to process your request faster. Thanks!
