Just like every shop we have our own way of handling business. As soon as you place an order, the status will become "pending". When we receive the payment it will change to "processing", this means the product you ordered will be prepared for shipping or will be put in backorder. When we shipped your product, the status will change to "delivered".
We mainly use bPost and PostNL for shipping our products. If you are not at home, they will leave a note indicating that you can pick up the product at the local office.
Delivery times: if a product is in stock and we recieve the payment before 15:00, then you package will arrive the next day (excluding holidays and weekends). Please keep in mind that it's possible that multiple orders arrive for the same last product. Which means only one can be shipped. Also keep in mind that delays on payment or transport are always possible and these delivery times are not guaranteed.
While shopping at Gamegear.be you will see that some products are not in stock. Most products can be restocked within 3 days, so do not hesitate to mail us and ask for a delivery time.
